Giulia Savio

Giulia Savio is Head of Employee Experience at ISS Pacific and a People & Culture leader with more than 15 years of experience across complex, global environments. She has built her career shaping engaged, diverse and high-performing workforces by creating inclusive environments where employees feel informed, supported, valued and empowered to do their best work.

At ISS Pacific, Giulia works across Australia and New Zealand with People & Culture teams, business segments and operational leaders to create a consistent, high-quality employee experience for every Placemaker. Her work supports the ISS Global Employee Value Proposition and includes major initiatives such as Digital Onboarding, the MyVoice employee feedback survey and Placemaker PERKS, ISS Pacific’s employee benefits platform, which includes the THRIVE at ISS wellbeing hub.

Giulia also leads ISS Pacific’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion commitments, supporting seven Employee Resource Groups across gender balance, Pride, culture, race and ethnicity, abilities, generations, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples, and Māori culture and identity. Before joining ISS, she held senior DEI and organisational effectiveness roles at Orica, St Barbara Mining and Newcrest Mining, and has also contributed to industry and government initiatives focused on inclusion, workforce culture and organisational change.
